A primarily non-aerobic fitness class (30 or 45 minutes) focusing on toning muscle and learning proper workout techniques when using dumbells, body bars, resistance bands and your own body weight to perform traditional weight training moves. These are live classes, NOT pre-recorded, that will allow you to get support and spend time with your favorite trainers and instructors! All fitness levels are welcome.
